  We had a fireplace insert installed in October 2016. It came with a wall inside that is extremely loose and moving back and forth that needs to be replaced so it is secure. They have never returned to do so. We have called and talked with them multiple times and now they are ignoring us and it has been 8 months. The back wall of the unit cracked with in a week and they said it is only "cosmetic". I have called texted the owners with no response since January 2017. The wall that is loose exposes the units box and fire, wood, ashes and debree can get in between. We are extremely dissatisfied with every aspect of service from this company and now need to go after them legally. Find another fireplace provider if you are even thinking of this company. Horrible experience.
