  Great staff! They will jump through hoops to take care of any issue. Bought a refrigerator and had it for almost 6 months and it broke down. I made the mistake of not purchasing the extra protection agreement, and I got stuck calling Samsung for a repair. It took them 6 weeks to send a guy out to look at it. They put four different parts in it. It worked for another 2 weeks and quit again. Called Samsung again and they couldn't make it for ANOTHER 6 weeks! So I called the store in Batavia where I bought the fridge and they were so nice and understanding! Even though I was WAY past the 30 day return policy, not only did they allow me to return it and pick out a different fridge, they delivered and set up the replacement fridge for FREE! Now, that is customer service! Guarantee you Lowe's and Depot would have NEVER done that!
