  I went here to buy a pair of sneakers and do some shopping for a niece. There was three sales girls all standing at the register doing nothing. When I asked them for help, I had to stand there because they were too busy complaining about when they have to take their breaks. I paid for my items and once I got home I realized they failed to take the security tag off of the sneakers I bought and also charged me full price for a top which had a sign saying it was half off. I will not be returning here other than to get the security tag removed. Worst service I've ever received at a JcPennys.
